National Engineering, Science and Technology Essay Competition (NESTEC)

Abdulbaki A Ahmad, a 400-level student of Electrical Engineering of Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil has made it to the final of this year’s National Engineering, Science and Technology Essay Competition (NESTEC), with his paper titled” Smart Grid: The Viable Route to Trouncing Nigeria’s Recurring System Collapses ”
The finale will be held in Sheraton Hotels and Towers, Ikeja, Lagos on November the 14th of 2019.
Being a finalist, Abdulbaki would now be enlisted in the Elite EngineersForum Authors to sustain his international visibility in the world of technology and engineering. By next year, he’d also be given opportunities to co-present papers in international conferences in Nigeria. One of such is International Conference and Exhibitions on Power and Telecommunications (ICEPT). He will be a guest of honour in all Blue Apple’s events including Hands and Brain Innovative Tech Submit (HaBITS) coming up at National Engineering Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos in June next year.
Abdulbaki is set to join other Almamata of this great University in shaping the world we all desire…
